We collaborated closely with the design team to address existing building conditions and ensure the design intent was met. Additionally, brought drywall to code, ensuring a safe and stylish environment for guests. Our attention to detail and problem-solving skills were key to the project's success.

At All City, we proudly contributed to the renovation of the Shelborne Hotel by executing interior demolition in all (238) hotel rooms. Successfully renovated 437 apartments, focusing on modernizing both bathrooms and kitchens. Throughout the project, we maintained an active property with residents in adjacent units, prioritizing their comfort and convenience.
